My passion for healthy couples and families has driven me to become a counselor. We all have the potential to be the best we can be; most of us however need help to become our best self. I want to be a guide for you as you find your healthiest self.  Once you become emotionally healthy relationships become easier and more rewarding. This is the ultimate goal to find peace within and to extend this peace to others in your life, and eventually the community you live.

My husband and I have share four adult children and two wonderful grandsons. I like to cook, read, create through needlework, exercise, and watch Rockies Baseball.
